  1. Amazon review

The writer takes us on a journey of nastalgia, providing a behind the curtains look at an an interesting life full of great twist and turns. Many times I could visualise the key moments of his life like they were happening in front of me.
This was a wholesome book, stories well told.

  2. Amazon review

The author takes you through the trials and tribulations of a working class family growing up in the 1950’s and 60’s. His personal challenges of finding work, finding love, losing it and finding it again, interwoven with world events of the time, gives the reader a proper page-turner. Yes, an ordinary life but told with candor and humour. We would be very interested to know if there is likely to be ‘The Other Half’ at some stage in the future.
